Embryo viability is a crucial issue in the success of the attempt. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCurrently, in ART, the selection of transferred embryos is based simply on the chronology of the development of the embryo and its morphological quality: this step is therefore relatively subjective.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tGAIN is currently developing a test to estimate the viability of the embryos, without affecting its integrity.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This technique is based on the quantification of extracellular DNA (cell-free DNA) released by the embryo conceived in vitro in the culture medium. Indeed, an embryo releases extracellular DNA into the culture medium and this DNA may be a predictive biomarker of embryonic quality and be used as a non-invasive pre-implantation genetic test. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIt is a non-invasive 3D scan of the embryo allowing a better observation of the embryonic development in comparison with the 2D microscopy technologies currently used in ART centers. \n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
